A resolution to take care of myself inside and out in 2013. Yep, I always said, year after year, and finally, THIS is the year! I share here my research, tips, and beauty finds in this journey - while trying not to break the bank. Former Fashion Design major, aced all sewing classes, signed up for beauty school for skin/makeup and never finished. Beauty Resolution # 6 - Get Your Beauty Sleep
Sunday is the day of test.Here is my son demonstrating the importance of sleep, but more importantly, sleep with an eye mask. I find that wearing these get me into deep sleep. It's only a few bucks for this eye mask from Target and and the deep sleep from it, priceless!
